Due to high volume of sales, our products can take anywhere between 2 weeks to 30 days to arrive to your destination. If you have not received your order on the 30th day, please contact our customer support team.
Depending on our inventory levels some products may arrive at different times depending on inventory or the overall size of the product. However, all products will arrive within 30 days.
Yes, you will receive a tracking code as soon as the order is shipped, this can take 2-3 days and as soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We recommend you give yourself plenty of time in between from ordering your products with us, to your wedding date since you want to receive your products well before your wedding date. Just incase some orders take 30 days or some products arrive damaged, we want to ensure that we have an appropriate amount of time in-between for us to provide you with a replacement just incase.
A lot of our products come from China and some from America. However, we go through a careful selection process to ensure our Chinese or local suppliers meet high standards before we even consider having products to our store.
Our company is located in Toronto, Canada we provide wedding flowers and decorations for our local area. We design hundreds of real weddings per year locally. We also have our online division where we sell wedding accessories and supplies internationally as well.
We have been in the wedding industry for over 12 years and going strong.
If your products arrive damaged, we will happily give you a refund. We will need photos as proof so that we can verify the damages. Once we receive the photos we will issue a refund. If on the 30th day you don’t receive your order we will send you a refund as well. Unfortunately, if you receive your order and decide that you no longer want the item, unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund or return it.
If your product arrives damaged we will happily accept a return and send you a replacement. However, if you receive the product and decide you no longer want it, we cannot accept returns.
Once we send you a refund, it may take 3-10 days depending on your bank. You should see it on your statement by then.
All orders are processed in American Dollars.
We don’t charge taxes during our checkout process, however, once the product arrives at your location you may be charged taxes depending on the value of goods. You are responsible for the duties and taxes if customs do charge you for it.
