For online store purchases we do not issue refunds, however if you receive your order and the product arrived damaged, send us an email with photo confirmation and we will re-ship you another order at no cost to you. We will ask you to ship the damaged goods back to us (we will send you an exact address), we will cover the shipping cost. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
If the product you receive does not match your order, we will re-ship another package to you and ask you to send us your package back to us, we will cover the shipping cost.
Exchanges: Unfortunately we cannot perform exchanges on any of our merchandise at this time.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will arrange a specific return address with you.
